OUR CLIENTS
We serve a diverse client base including real estate developers, institutional clients, municipal clients, educational clients, religious clients, corporate clients and not-for-profits. We have established thorough and efficient working relationships with a number of New Jersey-based general contractors and are often sought out for design-build opportunities.
OUR ADVANTAGE
In a world where everything, including project delivery, is moving at an increasingly rapid pace, we strive to maintain the highest level of technical competency, accuracy and coordination in the preparation of our construction documents. Clients continuously tell us that, while we are far from the largest firm, our capabilities and thoroughness are unmatched. We are committed to the highest level of design and technical quality on every project that we undertake. We also have developed expertise in the design of oceanfront midrise projects where high wind loads and the salt air environment pose special challenges.
ON THE HORIZON
We continue to see strong activity in the multifamily and mixed-use multifamily markets. Beyond that, we see continuing demand for the repurposing of existing buildings and for mixed-use urban projects.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are working on a multibuilding, mixed-use, high-rise oceanfront project including a hotel, retail, condominiums and single-family houses; all of which are located atop a below-grade parking structure. The project required all of the typical approvals including NJDEP CAFRA and local Site Plan approval and, because it is located in a historic district, it also required Historic Preservation Commission approval. This project’s approval path was the most difficult we have ever encountered and after years of effort, final approval is on the horizon.
