A provider of sign products and services has leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space in South Plainfield, Team Resources Inc. announced Friday.
The company, NY Sign Art Inc., has committed to the space at 4301 New Brunswick Ave. Team Resources Senior Vice President Glenn Evans represented the tenant, touting it as one of the largest companies of its kind on the East Coast.
“The property’s reasonable rent and central location drew NY Sign to this particular property, which also provides them with the necessary square footage to do their large sign work,” Evans said. “Additional features that drew the company to this building were easy highway access and ample parking.”
Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership.
