An insurance brokerage has inked a 19,000-square-foot lease at Morris Corporate Center IV, SJP Properties’ sprawling Class A office park at the nexus of four highways in Parsippany.
The landlord announced Wednesday that CRC Insurance Services would be its newest tenant at 389 Interpace Pkwy. The new space will house the firm’s executive offices.
CRC was represented in the deal by Steve Andrews, senior vice president at Fischer & Co. SJP Properties was represented in-house by Senior Vice President Peter Bronsnick.
“CRC Insurance recognized Morris Corporate Center as an ideal location for its executive offices as the complex provides a rare combination of quality, accessibility, and upgraded amenities to effectively support the company’s operations,” Steven J. Pozycki, CEO of SJP Properties, said in a prepared statement. “Transactions such as this reflect a continued flight to quality among tenants in the market, in which companies increasingly appreciate the impact that locating in a high-quality office environment has on workplace efficiency and productivity.”
At Morris Corporate Center, CRC Insurance will be a half-mile from the four-way interchange of interstates 80 and 287 and routes 202 and 46. Amenities at the SJP building include a newly renovated cafeteria, conference facilities and a new fitness center.
The property, which includes a four-level parking garage and surface parking, is near the Denville and Mountain Lakes train stations, restaurants, retailers and a 150-room Staybridge Suites hotel within the Morris Corporate Center.
