A private buyer has acquired a 161,217-square-foot office building in the Somerset section of Franklin, HFF announced Tuesday.
The brokerage firm, which did not disclose the sale price, said it marketed 220 Davidson Ave. on behalf of the sellers, an affiliate of NextBridge Group and Two Kings Real Estate Co. The 85 percent leased property sits on about 9 acres just off Interstate 287, one of several office buildings and hotels in the area.
The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by Senior Managing Director Jose Cruz, Managing Director Kevin O’Hearn and directors Stephen Simonelli and Michael Oliver.
“This transaction reflects the continued demand for high-quality, suburban office product with upside potential,” O’Hearn said in a prepared statement.
The four-story building was most recently renovated in 2007, HFF said. Major tenants at 220 Davidson include McKesson, Berkshire Hathaway and the American Arbitration Association.
