A nail salon has leased 2,250 square feet at Hamilton Plaza, a 175,400-square-foot shopping center along Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
Levin Management Corp., the property’s managing and leasing agent, announced Wednesday that Queen Bee Nail Spa was set to join the tenant mix at the complex. The local operator will offer nail care and waxing services at the shopping center, which sits at the highly trafficked intersection of Route 33 and White Horse-Hamilton Square Road.
“Hamilton Plaza, with a state-of-the-art ShopRite and a strong tenant mix to support it, has emerged as a prime local shopping destination,” Joseph Lowry, Levin Management’s senior vice president of leasing and acquisitions, said in a prepared statement. “Several different nail salon operators were vying for this particular space, which is a testament to Hamilton Plaza’s appeal with local, regional and national tenants.
“The addition of Queen Bee Nail Spa fills a niche for area shoppers, and complements an already diverse mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers.”
Anchored by an expanded, 86,000-square-foot ShopRite, Hamilton Plaza features tenants such as A.C. Moore, Petco, Sleepy’s and Dollar Tree, among others. Levin Management said one 7,590-square-foot retail space and a 3,075-square-foot pad site are currently available.
