Industrial Specialist Matt Dudzinski represented the tenant, while Abraham & Martin represented Broadway Party Rentals Inc., the landlord at the newly built, 133,000-square-foot building.
In Pennsylvania, industrial specialists Mike Mills and Dustin Weeks brokered the sale of a 24-acre industrial development site on Hanoverville Road in Lower Nazareth Township, according to a news release. The seller and buyer in the $5.76 million deal were Jacobsburg Realty LLC and Triple Net Investments LXII LLC, respectively, with plans calling for a 243,750-square-foot building.
