A staffing and human resources firm has leased 2,000 square feet at a Haddon Heights office building, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm said Friday that it represented the landlord, 515 Grove Street Associates LLC, in leasing and marketing The Grove Office Plaza. The new tenant at 515 Grove St., which sits just off Route 30 and Interstate 295, is Johnson Service Group Inc., or JSG.
Chris Henderson, senior associate and Jason Wolf, managing principal, handled the assignment for Wolf Commercial Real Estate, according to a news release. The building is a roughly 50,000-square-foot midrise office property with available spaces ranging from 1,050 to 4,670 square feet.
JSG is a staffing and technical service company specializing in providing human resource solutions, staffing, recruiting, payroll services and other functions, the news release said.
