The operator of a State Farm agency is moving to Rochelle Park after taking nearly 2,000 square feet of office space in the township, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced.
According to the leasing team, the agency will move from Hackensack to the 7,724-square-foot building at 18 West Passaic St. Its new home provides it with easy access to the intersection of routes 4 and 17, along with covered parking for executives and on-site management.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering and Jonathan Kristofich represented both the landlord, Passaic Street Associates LLC, and the tenant in the 1,750-square-foot deal.
“Transactions like this emphasize the importance of hiring an experienced commercial brokerage to lease available space,” Kristofich said. “Brokerages with an extensive background in the market and local contacts can open the door to a much larger pool of potential tenants. We’re proud to have helped the landlord fill space in short order while also assisting the tenant in relocating from their longtime location in Hackensack. We wish them both a successful and long-lasting relationship.”
