Two new leases and two renewals have fueled more than 26,500 square feet of activity at a Meadowlands flex industrial building, executives with The Stro Cos. announced recently.
In a news release, the property owner said USA Tiles and JK Solutions would be joining the tenant roster at 111 Moonachie Ave. in Moonachie. The deals follow Stro’s acquisition of the 52,000-square-foot building last March and subsequent improvements to the building’s façade and vacant spaces.
“The improvements we made to 111 Moonachie Avenue have made a strong asset even stronger,” said Todd Minerley director of acquisitions and leasing for the Ridgewood-based firm. “New and existing tenants see our commitment to the property and the superior image it provides their businesses.”
The building sits directly across the street from Teterboro Airport and a short distance from the New Jersey Turnpike and routes 3 and 17. Stro is now marketing a remaining 7,500-square-foot space in the property.
“The market has responded well to our repositioning plan for this asset,” said Michael Lachs, director of finance and investments. “We are quite pleased to accomplish so much, so quickly.”
