Mr. Loredo began his career in construction in 1973 and continued when he opened his own General Contracting business, Consolidated Building Corp., in 1992. The company served both the public and private commercial markets in New Jersey and New York until 2008.
It was at that time which Tom entered the renewable energy business, holding several senior-level and C-suite positions with national and international renewable companies. Tom has joined the Sunrock DG team with over 17 years of prior experience in the solar industry. In his role as the Director of Sales-East Coast, Tom leverages his years of experience to assist clients with project- and portfolio-level assessments of the financial and sustainable benefits available to their properties.
Tom’s true passion is to help owners capitalize on their properties by utilizing the available benefits of solar energy to add an expense-reducing/revenue-producing asset to their real estate.
With a broad base of experience in project origination, business development, project development and construction across the Utility, C&I and Residential markets, Tom is proud to be part of the Sunrock DG team.
