While office leasing in the state has been tepid for most of the year, financial technology firms in Mercer County have provided a rare bright spot in recent months.
An invoicing and payment software firm will relocate within Mercer County to nearly 90,000 square foot in Lawrenceville, state officials said Wednesday, thanks in part to a 10-year, $12.9 million tax credit that was awarded to the business earlier this month.
