Conrail has leased more than 32,000 square feet at a recently updated office building in Mount Laurel, according to a brokerage team with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
An investment firm has acquired a four-building, 234,563-square-foot office campus in Mount Laurel, with plans to rebrand and upgrade at the property as it looks to attract new tenants.
