Conrail has leased more than 32,000 square feet at a recently updated office building in Mount Laurel, according to a brokerage team with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Erin Warwick, an executive vice president with WCRE, represented an affiliate of Nessel Development in the transaction at 330 Fellowship Road. The freight rail company, which serves the shared assets of CSX and Norfolk Southern, will occupy 32,275 square feet at what’s known as Fellowship Corporate Center, a 103,295-square-foot complex near Interstate 295, Route 73 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
In announcing the deal, WCRE added that tenants have easy access to restaurants, retailers and hotels. On-site features include a walking path and direct entry suites.
WCRE took over as leasing agent for the Fellowship Corporate Center, 232,000-square-foot complex that includes 300, 302, 330 and 350 Fellowship Road, earlier this year.
