A manufacturer of orthotic footwear is expanding with the help of Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey, having leased nearly 136,000 square feet of industrial space in recent months.
A shoe manufacturer has signed a nearly 72,000-square-foot lease renewal at a Norwood industrial building owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the real estate firm announced.
