The Hudson waterfront office market took a key step forward in early 2022, recording its strongest quarter in more than three years amid several notable deals.
The KABR Group and Kushner Cos. have sold a nearly 270,000-square-foot office building in Ridgefield Park, in a newly completed transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
Three companies have joined the roster at a 310,000-square-foot office building in Ridgefield Park, where they have signed a total of more than 83,000 square feet.
