A new tenant is coming to a Fairfield office building after inking a lease for some 18,000 square feet, marking the latest deal at the property by brokers with Newmark Associates.
Two new tenants have committed at Highpoint Corporate Center in Fairfield, leasing a combined 21,500 square feet at the 162,000-square-foot office complex on Route 46.
Colliers International Group has brokered a series of leases at a Fairfield office building, securing more than 35,000 square feet of commitments to raise occupancy by 22 percent.
