Software provider iCIMS has picked Avison Young to spearhead project management for the company’s move into a new 200,000-square-foot office space at the Bell Works complex in Holmdel.
Developers have brought an office building in downtown Summit to full occupancy within a year of acquiring and starting renovations on the 128,000-square-foot property.
