Brokers with Avison Young have been hired to market a 46,396-square-foot industrial facility in Bridgewater, the firm said Tuesday.
In a news release, the firm said it was named exclusive sales and leasing agent for 460 Milltown Road. An Avison Young team including vice presidents Tim Cadigan and Matthew Turse, Senior Associate Michael Winters and Associate John Recchia are jointly managing the sale of the building on behalf of ownership.
“The property is ideal for a user/investor seeking a property with excellent ceiling height and the efficiency of a column free layout,” Turse said in a prepared statement. “With its centralized location and strong fundamentals, the Bridgewater section of Somerset County remains a popular area for regional businesses.
