A cabinetry firm based in New Jersey has acquired a more than 89,000-square-foot industrial building in Las Vegas, in one of several new out-of-state deals by Bussel Realty Corp.
Elberon Development Group and The Avidan Group have secured a tenant at a 4.5-acre property in Baltimore, having recently acquired the site as their first outside New Jersey.
