An investor is the new owner of a 22,000-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill, following a $2.8 million sale arranged by brokers with Markeim Chalmers Inc.
In a news release, Markeim Chalmers said it represented Becca Inc. in its sale of 409 Route 70. The firm identified the buyer as Cherry Hill Medical Equities LLC, a private investor, which will look to fill the remaining space alongside an existing occupant, Keller Williams Realty Inc.
Kevin Burns, senior vice president with Markeim Chalmers, handled the assignment for the Philadelphia-based real estate services firm.
