A freight-forwarding company has signed a lease in Old Bridge for a nearly 10-acre industrial site with a renovated warehouse space, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
A private investor has sold a multitenant, 95,000-square-foot industrial building in Union Township, according to a brokerage team with The Blau & Berg Co.
