The STRO Cos. and KRE Group have landed two tenants to prelease nearly 137,000 square feet of new industrial space in Florham Park, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield said Wednesday.
Hartz Mountain Industries has leased more than 109,000 square feet of new industrial space in Cranford, securing deals with an HVAC wholesale distributor and a third-party logistics firm.
A heating and cooling supply wholesaler is expanding its footprint in New Jersey with a new 13,600-square-foot lease in Cranbury, real estate services firm NAI James E. Hanson said.
