A heating and cooling supply wholesaler is expanding its footprint in New Jersey with a new 13,600-square-foot lease in Cranbury, real estate services firm NAI James E. Hanson said.
The business, Johnstone Supply, has taken the space at 3 Corporate Drive under a lease with Kerzner Associates, NAI Hanson said Thursday. Its new home is a 54,000-square-foot industrial building off Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, which is its 11th location in the state and will serve as a showroom and warehouse for wholesale distribution.
NAI Hanson’s Steven Leitner represented the tenant, while Kerzner Associates President Sandy Kerzner represented his company.
“The Exit 8A industrial market continues to be one of the most sought-after locations for warehousing and distribution in the state, as major transportation arteries such as the New Jersey Turnpike offer unmatched access to millions of consumers,” Leitner said. “Looking to expand their operations in New Jersey, Johnstone Supply recognized that a well-located property in the heart of the Exit 8A market would serve as an ideal location to support their continued growth.”
The Cranbury building features 28-foot ceiling heights and 7,000 square feet of office space, NAI Hanson said in a news release. Johnstone, a national wholesale distributor, offers a selection of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, related accessories, refrigeration parts, supplies and equipment.
