A steel exporter has renewed for nearly 11,000 square feet at a Matawan office building, one of seven transactions announced Tuesday by Denholtz Associates.
A mix of nearly 200 new leases and renewals helped fuel Denholtz Associates’ portfolio in 2017, allowing it to surpass 1 million square feet in activity for the second consecutive year.
Denholtz Associates recorded some 1 million square feet of leasing activity in 2016, including about 700,000 square feet in New Jersey and a deal with a major publishing company in Florida.
Two net leased retail sites in Monmouth and Camden counties have been sold for a total of more than $25 million, in separate deals arranged by brokers with CBRE.
Denholtz Associates has signed a lease with a coffee operator to bring its concept to the Matawan building known as Metropark South, the real estate firm said Thursday.
