Metro Storage LLC has opened a new 558-unit facility in Monmouth County, as the operator expands its footprint in New Jersey to nearly a dozen locations.
A new 126,000-square-foot self-storage facility has come to Woodbridge as part of a project team that includes Wall-based Tokarski Millemann Architects, the firm announced.
A self-storage operator plans to raze a 61,556-square-foot industrial building in Bergen County and rebuild the site with one of its own facilities, brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap said.
