A trucking company has expanded to nearly 159,000 square feet at an industrial property in Metuchen, Bussel Realty Corp. announced in a news release Monday.

Seagis Property Group has secured a new commitment at a Metuchen industrial building, where a trucking company is leasing nearly 63,000 square feet.
