Th Urban Land Institute’s Northern New Jersey chapter hosted its largest event of the year, honoring projects, professionals and companies in nearly 20 categories as recipients called for continued cooperation between developers and policymakers.
The Urban Land Institute’s Northern New Jersey chapter has announced the winners of its 2024 Excellence Awards, highlighting a host of projects and professionals involved in land use and development in the state.
Construction is underway on Valley Bank’s future headquarters in Morristown, where it will lease 120,000 square feet of new office space built by SJP Properties and Scotto Properties.
