The Urban Land Institute’s Northern New Jersey chapter has announced the winners of its 2024 Excellence Awards, highlighting a host of projects and professionals involved in land use and development in the state.
The nonprofit research and education organization will hold its annual awards gala on April 4 at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park. Honorees at the event, which typically draws a crowd of key players in commercial real estate and government, will include:
