A private investor has acquired a 75,000-square-foot office building at the northern edge of Bergen County, in a newly announced transaction by The Wellington Co. LLC.
The longtime owner of a 65,000-square-foot office building in Rochelle Park has sold the property for more than $7 million, in a deal arranged by The Wellington Co. LLC.
