An out-of-state investment firm has acquired a 132,000-square-foot industrial building in Teterboro, in a deal brokered by Chaus Realty and Coldwell Banker Residential.
The buyer, LBA Realty of Irvine, California, acquired the property at 430 Industrial Road for an undisclosed price. Brian Scheuer of Chaus Realty represented the buyer, while also representing the seller in conjunction with Gary Vinci of Coldwell Banker Residential in Morris Plains.
“The Meadowlands landscape is being shaped by funds that seek ownership of properties close to New York City and accessible to the ports,” said Scheuer, a principal at the Hasbrouck Heights-based firm.
According to LBA’s website, the firm’s portfolio is concentrated in the western U.S.
