The Goldstein Group is touting the completion of two new restaurant leases in central New Jersey, inking nearly 11,000 square feet of combined activity.
In the larger deal, the firm represented Redd’s Biergarten Restaurant in leasing 7,372 square feet at 5 Easton Ave. in New Brunswick. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President C.J. Huter represented the tenant, while Gregg Medvin of Pierson Commercial represented the landlord, the New Brunswick Parking Authority.
Meantime, the retail brokerage announced that 1750 Tap House Pub & Grill leased 3,584 square feet at the Village Shopping Center at 1260 Springfield Ave. in New Providence. Finkelstein and Huter joined Chuck Lanyard, The Goldstein Group’s president, in representing both the tenant and the landlord, UB New Providence LLC.
