If you thought the luxury building boom along New Jersey’s Hudson waterfront was on the verge of slowing down, think again.
A new feature by Curbed New York would seem to suggest otherwise. The website has compiled a handy list of more than 30 development projects along the Gold Coast that are in planning, underway or recently completed.
The list of high-end residential projects touches everything from The Modern — the 47-story glass tower in Fort Lee, whose sister building is now under construction — down to the two-year-old SilkLofts in Bayonne, which is 90 percent leased.
