NAI James E. Hanson has hired three new sales associates to join its growing team in Parsippany, the commercial real estate firm announced Wednesday.
They include Nicholas B. DePaolera, who will be working directly under the supervision of Senior Vice President Joshua Levering, according to a news release. DePaolera will focus on office leasing, sales and investments in addition to industrial, flex and warehousing transactions, while overseeing many of the marketing and representation assignments for various clients and customers in the tristate area.
DePaolera, a Rutgers University graduate, was previously a project manager at KMC Mechanical Inc., the news release said.
Sukhchain Sandhu, who received a commercial real estate certificate from New York Real Estate Institute, will focus primarily on Morris County retail leasing and sales. He joins the Hackensack-based firm with a wealth of customer service and sales experience from his time at Verizon Wireless and working at Mehtani Restaurant Group.
Sandhu graduated from Punjab University in Chandigarh, India, the news release said.
Lewis Dorf, a 30-year veteran of the advertising industry, began a career in commercial real estate in 2015 working with Team Resourses. With NAI Hanson, the Hofstra University graduate will focus on industrial sales and leasing in both the Essex and Union county marketplaces.
