Three tenants have combined to lease nearly 10,000 square feet at a commercial campus outside Princeton, under a series of deals by NAI Fennelly.
In the largest transaction, LS Solutions is taking 4,100 square feet at the 175,000-square-foot complex at 731 Alexander Road in West Windsor. Meantime, Techfields Pharma and Princeton Lifestyle Medicine have committed to 2,850 and 2,600 square feet, respectively.
NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly represented the owner, Nexus Properties, at what’s known as Princeton Plaza.
“Princeton’s commercial real estate market is continuing to experience a high level of both national and international interest and activity,” Fennelly said. “These transactions underscore the continued demand for quality office and medical space in one of New Jersey’s Strongest economic markets. Such strong leasing activity is not only reflective of the strength of the market but also our consistent ability to match spaces with tenants’ needs to drive results for our clients.”
In announcing the deals, Fennelly noted that Princeton Plaza is a four-building office, medical and technology complex just off Route 1. The site is a mile from Princeton University, within walking distance of the Princeton Junction train station and surrounded by a host of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
