Denholtz Associates has completed three renewals at a 95,000-square-foot business park in Toms River, the developer and investment firm announced Tuesday.
The transactions at the Northampton Business Park, located at 1545-1575 Route 37 West, accounts for nearly 9,000 square feet of recent activity. The deals include renewals by:
- Design Alternatives Inc. (3,200 square feet)
- KT’s Office Services LLC (1,275 square feet)
- Wheel Traders LLC (4,500 square feet)
In a news release, Denholtz touted the complex’s location in what it said was Ocean County’s fastest growing business corridor, along with its easy access via Route 37 West, the Garden State Parkway and routes 9 and 70. The business park is currently home to a mix of light industrial, service and professional organizations.
“Although the larger industrial buildings and projects may garner more of the headlines, demand for small to midsized flex spaces like the Northampton Business Park is driving much of the nation’s industrial space boom,” said Christina Jordan, director of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “That high level of demand for small to mid-sized industrial space coupled with a lack of supply throughout much of the market helps power our multi-tenant investment strategy and allows us to maintain high occupancy across our portfolio.”
