A growing realty team in northern New Jersey has opened the doors to a new Keller Williams office in Westwood.
The Paula Clark Group, a top player in the Pascack Valley residential market, recently unveiled a new location under the banner of Keller Williams Valley Realty. Located at 99 Westwood Ave., the office houses a unit that is the No. 1 realty team in Westwood, Harrington Park, River Vale, Old Tappan and Norwood, according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, having conducted close to $80 million in sales on 128 homes in 2020.
“Westwood is an excellent town — it has boutiques, restaurants, shopping and so much more to offer,” said Paula Clark, group’s leader. “It’s a train ride away from New York City — it’s a great central location for everything.”
In a news release, the team noted that Clark brings more than 25 years of experience and knowledge working within the Pascack Valley. Joining her at the Westwood office is a team that includes buyer specialists Kelly Healy, Holly Raddatz and Patty Sulli, along with Operations Manager Katie O’Melia-Goodman, Marketing Manager Tara Cassai and Transaction Coordinator Amy Ruzza.
“We are a growing group, especially with the rising demand for real estate in northern New Jersey due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” Clark said. “Through Keller Williams, there is so much encouragement and support, so we have the resources we need to keep expanding.”
Clark added that her decades of experience working in Bergen County communities has built a network of real estate professionals such as attorneys, inspectors and contractors who can help new or inexperienced sellers navigate their options.
“For some clients we work with, this may be the first time they are ever selling a home and they may not know what to expect,” Clark said. “We can connect them to the right professionals to get advice and estimates.”
