A tattoo parlor and a sandwich shop are coming to a Gloucester County retail center, following a set of newly completed leases by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said Electric Venom Tattoo Parlor and Mana’s Sandwich Shop have committed to space at Tuscan Village in the Sicklerville section of Washington Township. The former is taking 1,500 square feet, while Vantage Commercial did not disclose the size of the second lease.
Both are expected to open at 3101 Route 42 in summer 2021.
Vantage Commercial Director of Client Services Monica Walsh and Corinne Giletto, a senior adviser with the firm, brokered the deals. They noted that Tuscan Village’s location along Route 42 provides access to daily consumer traffic, a densely populated business area and a high daytime employment count.
