Trammell Crow Co. has hired Jessica Fraser as a senior vice president tasked with leading its industrial development throughout the New York City metro region.
The firm announced the new hire last week, noting that Fraser joins its team after serving as a vice president and investment officer with Prologis Inc. In that role, which she held since 2021, she oversaw capital deployment activities throughout New Jersey, including building and land acquisitions, the redevelopment of existing assets and ground-up construction, with a heavy emphasis on infill markets.
Fraser closed nearly $215 million of land and building acquisitions during her tenure with the real estate investment trust.
“Jessica is a uniquely talented developer with a wide range of valuable experience and a proven track record of successful development,” said Andrew Mele, market leader for TCC’s Northeast region. “Her elite skillset will deliver an immediate impact to projects already in our pipeline and will help drive future growth in the region.
“TCC has long been among the most active industrial developers in the Northeast, and we remain highly focused on growing our team and portfolio of projects across the region. We’re thrilled that Jessica will now lead this effort for TCC in the NYC metro industrial market.”
Fraser is also a former director of development for Macy’s, where she was part of a strategic team that managed the development and monetization of a real estate portfolio that, at the time, included 650 locations, 130 million square feet and 6,000 acres nationwide, TCC said. She has also held positions at Simon Property Group and Triage Consulting Group.
The industry veteran holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Southern California and her MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
