A trucking company has leased nearly 60,000 square feet at an Edison industrial building, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Izzi Trucking & Rigging, is taking 57,722 square feet at 125 Jackson Ave. Its new home is part of a 106,476-square-foot property just east of Route 1, which offers easy access to the network of highways that run through the township.
BRC Executive Vice President Gregory Irving represented Izzi Trucking, with which he has had a relationship for more than 30 years. Sheldon Gross Realty represented the landlord, Ross Management.
In a news release, BRC highlighted the building’s 22-foot clear ceiling heights, 15 tailboards and one drive-in door and 100 surface parking spaces. The 5.8-acre property is minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 440 and the Garden State Parkway.
