Colliers International has bolstered its Princeton-based brokerage team with the hiring of a longtime industry executive in the area.
Bryce Thompson joins the real estate services firm as a managing director, with a focus on office leasing for both landlords and tenants. He most recently served as president of Lanwin Development Corp., a locally based firm, having spent his entire career working in real estate in Princeton.
“We’re thrilled to have an industry expert with Bryce’s pedigree join our team,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director of the New Jersey region. “His years spent developing expertise working with landlords will be invaluable as we continue building a roster of well-rounded, top-tier brokerage professionals.
“Bryce is very well respected in the Princeton marketplace and his deep knowledge of this market will be critical as the firm continues expanding its footprint in the city and across New Jersey.”
With Lanwin, Thompson was responsible for identifying investment opportunities, market research, site acquisition, contract negotiations and sales across New Jersey, according to a news release. Prior to his role with Lanwin, he was vice president of sales and leasing at Thompson Land Co., a property management business owned and operated by his family in Princeton.
“With over three decades spent working in real estate in the Princeton area and New Jersey, I’ve developed an intimate understanding of the markets and the people who make them tick,” Thompson said. “I’m confident that combined with the resources and professionals at Colliers, my expertise will help the firm take another step forward in its growth and expansion.”
Thompson joins Colliers’ leadership in the Princeton office including Executive Managing Director Charlie Hatfield and Associate Director Brett Incollingo. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
