A nearly 21,000-square-foot industrial building in Union Township has changed hands for $3.25 million, in a transaction by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The brokerage firm this week announced the disposition of 967 Lehigh Ave., which traded less than a month after being listed. Senior Vice President Todd Gannet marketed the 20,600-square-foot property, while Stu Harwood of Newmark Knight Frank procured the buyer.
Located just south of Morris Avenue, the building is across from the Union train station and minutes from Route 22 and the Garden State Parkway.
