A private investor has sold two neighboring mixed-use properties in Montclair for a combined $3.25 million, according to brokers with Marcus & Millichap.
New Jersey Regional Manager Brian C. Hosey said the firm had the exclusive listing to market the buildings, located at 202 and 204 Bellevue Ave. They are located in the Upper Montclair business district, two blocks from a direct train line to New York City, and consist of five retail spaces, two offices and three apartments.
Each building had one vacant retail unit at the time of sale, Marcus & Millichap said.
Julienne Pape, an investment specialist in the firm’s Saddle Brook office, marketed the properties on behalf of the seller.
