An urgent care center has leased more than 2,500 square feet of office space in Bergen County, in a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
The brokerage team said the business, Everyday Urgent Care, will operate Maywood’s first clinic of its kind from the location at 61 West Pleasant Ave. The tenant will occupy 2,537 square feet under the lease with Dr. George Leipsner, the owner of the 5,865-square-foot building on the borough’s main commercial corridor.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord.
“As health care becomes more community-focused, we continue to see urgent care operators searching for well-located and adaptable spaces to open practices in our local communities,” Horning said. “By leveraging our local market knowledge and relationships, we are consistently able to help landlords attract these types of high-quality tenants to spaces in markets like Maywood and ensure easy access to these important facilities.”
