Valley Bank has opened the doors to a new 2,800-square-foot branch location in northern Bergen County, having leased the space earlier this year.
Brokers with The Goldstein Group, which represented ownership in the deal, announced Monday that the lender was up and running at 588 Broadway in Norwood. Valley is leasing the freestanding building under a deal with KNBOO LLC, backfilling what was a Chase Bank location.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter completed the deal alongside JLL’s Jeff Szczapa, who represented the tenant.
“This is the third deal of this property for Lew and I as we sold the property twice and handled the lease for the new owner,” Huter said. “Valley Bank decided to relocate an existing branch location in the market.”
Morristown-based Valley has more than 230 branches and commercial banking offices across New Jersey, New York, Florida, Alabama, California and Illinois, according to a news release.
