Valley Bank is expanding in Bergen County after leasing 2,800 square feet for a new branch in Norwood, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
According to a news release, the lender will open at a freestanding former Chase Bank property at 588 Broadway. The Morristown-based bank is leasing the space from KNBOO LLC, adding to a footprint that includes more than 230 branch locations.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter represented ownership, while JLL’s Jeff Szczapa represented the tenant.
“This is the third deal of this property for Lew and CJ as they sold the property twice and have handled the lease for the new owner,” said Chuck Lanyard, The Goldstein Group’s president.
