A cheerleading camp has signed a five-year lease at a newly available flex building in Gloucester Township, according to a brokerage team with Vantage Commercial.
The business, Royal Revolution All Stars LLC, will occupy some 8,000 square feet at the former Palace Catering property in the town’s Blackwood section, at 109 Black Horse Pike. Vantage Commercial’s Vince Ceroli and Ken Richardson represented both parties in the deal.
“In today’s challenging economic climate, it is particularly gratifying to successfully secure a new tenant for the landlord,” said Richardson, a vice president with the brokerage firm.
In a news release, Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial said the site will be easily accessible for Royal Revolution clients and customers. It will also provide ample room for growth and expansion, they said, making it the ideal location for the future success of the company.
“The Royal Revolution All Stars came to us as a referral and we’re very grateful for opportunity to help them find their new home,” said Ceroli, a senior adviser. “Our team worked hard to negotiate the lease agreement that met the needs of both the landlord and the tenant. It’s always exciting to see a deal like this come to fruition.”
