An e-commerce business has leased nearly 21,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in Pennsauken, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage team said SeriousShops.com is moving its headquarters to the site at 7055 Central Highway. The tenant, which sells thousands of eclectic items across different niches, will occupy 20,721 square feet within the Airport Industrial Park, securing a location minutes from the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman bridges and routes 70, 38 and 130.
Vantage Commercial Sales Associate Vince Ceroli and Executive Director Ken Richardson worked closely with Adam Moore, co-president of SeriousShops.com, to complete the deal.
“We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with a company like SeriousShops and help them secure the new lease for their headquarters,” Ceroli said. “Considering the tight timeline of roughly a month from start to finish and lack of inventory, they gave us quite a challenge. However, we were able to meet all of their requirements. Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with.”
