A gym operator has leased 4,700 square feet at a retail center in Cherry Hill, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
Owned by Trae Toliver, Xplosive Fitness Lab is now open at Tuscany Marketplace at 1990 Route 70 East, according to a news release. Vantage Commercial CEO Leor Hemo and Emily Stein, a managing director with the firm, represented Toliver in the long-term commitment, which provides it with a location near Interstate 295.
Its co-tenants at Tuscany Marketplace include Louis Christian Salon, New Balance and Megu Sushi and Hibachi.
“We are thrilled to officially open our doors at our new location and take on new clients,” Toliver said. “Our new, larger space will allow us to expand our offering of personal training and sports-related training services to the community, providing them with an even better fitness experience. We are honored to be a part of the Tuscany Marketplace and look forward to serving the community for many years to come.”
