A freestanding building in Burlington County is set to become an ethnic grocer after changing hands, in one of three newly announced deals by Vantage Commercial.
Emily Stein and Ken Richardson, brokers with the Marlton-based firm, represented both parties in the trade of 659 Levitt Parkway in Willingboro. They noted that the 2,500-square-foot building previously housed an insurance agency but will serve the needs of the community with its new use as a grocery store.
Stein, a managing director with Vantage Commercial, also brokered the sale of 1 Britton Place, Suite 2, in Voorhees, the former home of a dental office. In Laurel Springs, she and colleague Raki Desai represented the seller in the trade of a 1,000-square-foot building at 103 North White Horse Pike, while Ken Richardson and Vince Ceroli represented the buyer.
The firm noted that Stein completed all three deals on the same day.
“These sales exemplify Vantage’s dedication to providing personalized service and tailored solutions,” the firm wrote in a press release. “These transactions highlight Vantage Real Estate Services’ commitment to excellence and our team’s ability to deliver results.”
