The site of a former auto repair shop in Camden County has changed hands, in a deal arranged by brokers with Vantage Commercial.
The advisory team represented both the seller, KA Holdings, and the buyer in the transaction at 228 Haddon Ave. in West Berlin. The property is home to a 1,400-square-foot building, providing access to routes 70 and 30.
Terms were not disclosed.
Vantage Commercial Sales Associate Mike Gries and Director of Client Services Peter Abdallah completed the transaction.
“There are environmental and zoning complexities selling a former service station,” Gries said. “We were able to navigate them, identify the right buyer, and deliver on behalf of our client. This one was satisfying.”
